Restumping Project

In this restumping project we had to replace the under-house stumps which were deteriorating and place new ones.

Underhouse Stumps

The client was well aware of how vital it is for old stumps to be replaced. While he watched the work in progress he was surprised to see the state of the old stumps.

House Floors

The client was worried of the state of his floor level, it wasn’t even. After the stumps were replaced we preformed sub floor rebuilds

Lay Floor Boards

There are houses where they are build close to the ground and have no space for entrance from ground level.

Floor Boards

In this case since we had no access through the ground level, we had to take out the floor boards as to gain access to the ground level.

Ground Level

Once we made space to ground level, we then replaced the old stumps that were rotten and deteriorated with new ones.
